Route 4 Cancelled Stops: Due to construction in the area, Route 4 will be on a re-route. Due to this re-route ALL stops on Camino Carlos Rey will not be serviceable; as well as Park Plaza, and Rodeo Park area inbound and outbound. We apologize for any inconveniences. Cancelled Routes & On Demand Services: Starting Saturday, July 11, 2020: Santa Fe Trails Transit will be operating on a “Modified” weekday schedule Monday through Friday; until further notice. Modifications to the “Regular” Weekday schedule include; Ending most services one (1) to two (2) hours early; the continued suspension of routes 5, 6, M, 21, 22, 26 & 24 (in some cases); & the cancelation of routes due to extenuating circumstances. In lieu of cancelled routes, an “ON – DEMAND SERVICE’ has been initiated. On-demand services will provide travel for those routes and times the “Regularly” scheduled service is no longer operating under. To request On-Demand Services, please be located at the bus stop you are requesting pick up from. Once at the bus stop contact Santa Fe Trails Call Center @ (505) 955-2001 and speak with a representative. Attention: The RT-24 from 11:30 to the end of our service hours Monday thru Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday will be on demand due to staff shortage. Attention: Until further notice Run 204 will not run Monday through Friday. The time lines for the affected RT-2 will be as follows: 6:39 a.m. in bound from SFP 7:30 a.m. out bound from STC 8:20 a.m. in bound from SFP 8:57 a.m. out bound from STC We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Attention: With the Rail Runner starting up on March 8th 2021, please be aware of some changes to our schedule due to Covid: The SF Pick-Up Shuttles have gone to on-demand. Please go to a shuttle bus stops and call the Santa Fe Trails call center at (505)-955-2001 for an on-demand trip if you need to get to the SF Depot train station on Guadalupe to meet the south bound train. You must be at the bus stop when you call; Upon calling the Santa Fe Trails Call Center we will need your location of the bus stop, your name, phone number and a brief description of you clothing, also the number of people in your party. Also our route 22 that meets the 599 train station has gone on-demand; please follow same procedures of the request of a on-demand trip.
COVID-19 SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:: PLEASE LIMIT YOUR USE OF TRANSIT SERVICES TO ESSENTIAL TRIPS ONLY. We ask that people follow the latest directive from the State Department of Health and reserve use of these services for essential trips only and that passengers practice social distancing (maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other passengers or the drivers) to the extent practical while riding the buses. Additionally, we ask that if you are feeling unwell with potential symptoms of COVID-19 that you do not ride our vehicles without first having consulted the New Mexico Department or Health guidelines at or called the Coronavirus Hotline at 1-855-600-3453.
COVID-19 SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: STARTING MONDAY APRIL 20, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: SANTA FE TRAILS WILL BE OPERATING A MODIFIED WEEKDAY SCHEDULE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. Modifications to the regular weekday schedule include ending service 1 to 2 hours earlier and continued suspension of the Route 21 and Route 22 Service. On-demand Service will be provided for those Routes and Times that regular scheduled service is not operating under this modified Weekday Schedule.
